Position Summary

Utica College seeks applications for a tenure-track, Assistant Professor position in its Philosophy Department.

Major Responsibilities

Strong preference will be given to candidates with competence in analytic tradition. A commitment to quality undergraduate teaching as well as active professional scholarship is required. AOS: Cognitive Science, Philosophy of Mind, or Epistemology; AOC: History of Philosophy. 4/4 teaching load with on-ground and online teaching required.

Minimum Skills/Abilities

Prior undergraduate teaching experience and active professional scholarship is required.
